Rural Flow \u00c5sele<\/h1>\n

Projektet Rural Flow \u00c5sele har som m\u00e5l att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra kommunikationen mellan kommunens f\u00f6rvaltningar, f\u00f6retag, f\u00f6reningar och inv\u00e5nare p\u00e5 landsbygden. Genom projektet vill man ocks\u00e5 underl\u00e4tta marknadsf\u00f6ringen av kommunen och skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda digital teknik p\u00e5 landsbygden.<\/p>\n

Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet Rural Flow \u00c5sele har tv\u00e5 huvudsyften: att utveckla \u00c5sele Byaportal med modern teknik f\u00f6r att skapa en mer tillg\u00e4nglig vardag f\u00f6r lokalbefolkningen och att installera teknik f\u00f6r digital lokal TV-s\u00e4ndning fr\u00e5n \u00c5sele. Projektet hoppas ocks\u00e5 tills\u00e4tta en redaktion som ska arbeta med kanalen och producera material f\u00f6r b\u00e5de TV-s\u00e4ndning och webb-tv.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rstudien kommer att fastst\u00e4lla en styrgrupp, intervjua nyckelpersoner och unders\u00f6ka inv\u00e5narnas TV-vanor och webbansvarigas \u00f6nskem\u00e5l. Designskisser tas fram och man unders\u00f6ker regelverk och legala krav. Projektet hoppas p\u00e5 att skapa m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r landsbygdsutveckling och locka fler till landsbygden.<\/p>\n
