PUA – Proffessionalisering av Unga Artister<\/h1>\n

Projektet ska genomf\u00f6ra en f\u00f6rstudie f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rankra id\u00e9n bland nyckelorganisationer i det planerade partnerskapet inf\u00f6r ett stort projekt. Detta ska g\u00f6ras genom att man f\u00f6rbereder projektstrukturen, aktivitetsplanen och tidtabellen samt identifierar aktuella ungdomar och f\u00f6rbereder dem genom workshops. F\u00f6rstudien planeras ta sex m\u00e5nader och efter det finns en komplett ans\u00f6kan med st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n medverkande organisationer.<\/p>\n

Ungdomar i Inlandet har en utmaning n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att satsa p\u00e5 en karri\u00e4r som artist eftersom utbildningar och det rika kulturutbudet \u00e4r koncentrerade till kustregionen. Lokal finansiering f\u00f6r evenemang f\u00f6rst\u00e4rks av regionala akt\u00f6rer som vanligtvis samarbetar med Kulturr\u00e5det. Detta inneb\u00e4r att pengar som skulle kunna hj\u00e4lpa lokala talanger fastnar i ett st\u00f6dsystem som fr\u00e4mst prioriterar professionella artister, som s\u00e4llan har Inlandet som sin bas.<\/p>\n

Tyv\u00e4rr finns det inga scener f\u00f6r lokala talanger, och de som finns r\u00e4knar med amat\u00f6rer, charmiga inslag och informella upptr\u00e4danden. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver regionen en st\u00f6dorganisation f\u00f6r ungdomar som vill erbjuda en mer professionell tj\u00e4nst.<\/p>\n
