Dorotea utvecklings centrum – DUC<\/h1>\n

Projektet DUC har som syfte att lyfta n\u00e4ringslivet i Dorotea tillbaka till dess tidigare niv\u00e5, och f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 detta arbetar f\u00f6retagarna aktivt tillsammans. F\u00f6r att n\u00e5 sitt m\u00e5l kommer DUC att skapa en plattform d\u00e4r f\u00f6retagare kan f\u00e5 information, kontakter, st\u00f6d och kompetens, och d\u00e4r de kan hitta samarbetspartners inom b\u00e5de privata, offentliga och ideella sektorer.<\/h4>\n

Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet syftar till att inkludera ungdomar och f\u00f6reningslivet i en utveckling d\u00e4r n\u00e4ringslivet tar initiativ och ser nyttan i en kommun d\u00e4r alla grupper deltar och utvecklar verksamhet. En fungerande n\u00e4ringslivsfunktion \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r kommuner i glesbygden som har en anstr\u00e4ngd ekonomi. Dorotea kommun har under de senaste \u00e5ren tappat i Svenskt N\u00e4ringslivs ranking och n\u00e4ringslivet signalerar att krafttag beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6retagarna Dorotea ser kommunen som en utvecklingskommun med stor potential att v\u00e4xa. F\u00f6r att lyckas med detta beh\u00f6ver man skapa en plattform d\u00e4r n\u00e4ringslivets akt\u00f6rer kan h\u00e4mta information, kontakter, st\u00f6d och kompetens samt finna samarbetspartners inom privata, offentliga och ideella sektorn. En kartl\u00e4ggning beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att identifiera behoven av utbildning och kompetensutveckling.<\/p>\n

Projektet ska \u00e4ven fungera som modellskapande f\u00f6r andra sm\u00e5 inlandskommuner som brottas med liknande problem, och projektet kommer att bidra med att sprida erfarenheter till andra intresserade akt\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n

Syfte och m\u00e5l<\/h2>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
etablera en m\u00f6tsplats\/resurscentrum mellan ungdomar, privat, offentlig och idell sektor f\u00f6r att driva utvecklingsfr\u00e5gor som idag inte g\u00f6rs av befintliga akt\u00f6rer och att \u00f6ka och stimulera entrepren\u00f6rskapet inom skolan.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
etablera ett n\u00e4tverk f\u00f6r utvecklingsfr\u00e5gor mellan offentlig sektor, f\u00f6retag-, och f\u00f6reningar, att genomf\u00f6ra en inventering av kompetensbehov av befintliga f\u00f6retag och att skapa ett mentorsn\u00e4tverk f\u00f6r unga entrepren\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n
