Under de senaste tre-fyra decennierna har direktf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning fr\u00e5n producenter till konsumenter minskat avsev\u00e4rt. Samtidigt har allt fler konsumenter s\u00f6kt lokalproducerad och ekologisk mat utan att lyckas, d\u00e5 praktiska och logiska l\u00f6sningar saknats.<\/p>\n

I projektet Reko-Ring Vilhelmina vill man skapa en arena f\u00f6r direktf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning utan mellanh\u00e4nder. Detta ska \u00f6ka l\u00f6nsamheten f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagaren och g\u00f6ra det enklare f\u00f6r konsumenten att f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till lokala produkter. Det kallas f\u00f6r en ”REKO-ring” och modellen kommer ursprungligen fr\u00e5n Frankrike, men har introducerats i Finland och spridit sig sedan till Sverige. Idag finns det ca 50 REKO-ringar i Sverige och antalet v\u00e4xer st\u00e4ndigt.<\/p>\n

En REKO-ring fungerar genom en sluten Facebook-grupp. Producenter och konsumenter som vill delta ans\u00f6ker om medlemskap i en grupp. Vanligtvis sker leverans varje eller varannan vecka, beroende p\u00e5 gruppens storlek. Alla samlas vid leverans och konsumenterna h\u00e4mtar sina best\u00e4llningar fr\u00e5n flera producenter samtidigt. Deltagandet \u00e4r helt gratis och f\u00f6r producenterna inneb\u00e4r det kostnadsfri marknadsf\u00f6ring och en tidsbesparande f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningskanal. REKO-ringar \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en bra kanal f\u00f6r att testa nya produkter. Konsumenterna f\u00e5r tillg\u00e5ng till sm\u00e5skaliga och lokalt producerade produkter och det skapar ett \u00f6kat intresse f\u00f6r lokal produktion.<\/p>\n

Projektet Reko-Ring Vilhelmina genomf\u00f6rs av Vilhelminabygdens LRF-avdelning i samarbete med studief\u00f6rbundet vuxenskolan och producenter fr\u00e5n Vilhelmina, \u00c5sele och Dorotea kommun. Projektet kommer erbjuda kompetensh\u00f6jande och n\u00e4tverksskapande insatser f\u00f6r deltagande f\u00f6retag. Studief\u00f6rbundet kommer anordna behovsanpassade utbildningar och webbs\u00e4nda kv\u00e4llsseminarier. Projektet ska \u00e4ven bidra till att fler unga blir intresserade av djurh\u00e5llning och livsmedelsproduktion via n\u00e4tverket Ung och gr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
med gemensamma aktiviteter visa p\u00e5 och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra f\u00f6r intresset att odla olika gr\u00f6dor p\u00e5 den nordliga breddgradden som Sorsele ligger p\u00e5 samt att skapa ett \u00f6kat intresse och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r jordbruk och rensk\u00f6tsel bland unga och nyanl\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att p\u00e5
sikt kunna trygga en framtida kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning inom n\u00e4ringarna.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
– Skapa en gemensam m\u00f6tesplats f\u00f6r utbyte av intresse, kunskap och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r odling.
– Genomf\u00f6ra aktiviteter riktade mot ungdomar och utrikesf\u00f6dda.
– Genomf\u00f6ra provodling och testa de olika gr\u00f6dornas n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll. <\/p>\n
