Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Arvidsjaur, Arjeplog och Sorsele \u00e4r tre kommuner med en \u00e5ldrande befolkning. Men det finns ocks\u00e5 en \u00f6kning av unga familjer som flyttar in i byarna, vilket utg\u00f6r en utmaning f\u00f6r kommunerna. Projektet syftar till att ta fram nya metodiska l\u00f6sningar som kan effektivt utveckla lokal utveckling och service ute i byarna. Detta underl\u00e4ttar samverkan p\u00e5 flera niv\u00e5er och ger en god grund f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsplanering i kommunerna och regionen. En b\u00e4ttre samverkan mellan ideell, privat och offentlig sektor \u00e4r viktig. Projektet vill ocks\u00e5 ta tillvara p\u00e5 utvecklingspotentialen mellan civilsamh\u00e4llet och bes\u00f6ksn\u00e4ringen p\u00e5 landsbygden.<\/p>\n

Metoden ska fokusera p\u00e5 helhetsl\u00f6sningar som bes\u00f6ksn\u00e4ring, lokal utveckling, medinflytande, m\u00e5ngfald, h\u00e5llbarhet och j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet. Akt\u00f6rer fr\u00e5n lokalsamh\u00e4llet och kommunen ska engageras i processen f\u00f6r ett l\u00e5ngsiktigt framtida arbete och utvecklat syns\u00e4tt. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att ha en naturlig kommunal n\u00e4rvaro p\u00e5 tj\u00e4nstemannaniv\u00e5 ute i byar och servicepunkter, vilket skulle ge landsbygdsr\u00e5det eller liknande funktion i de tre kommunerna en tydligare remissfunktion.<\/p>\n

Projektet innefattar samarbete mellan Arvidsjaur kommun med Sorsele och Arjeplogs kommun, Hela Sverige ska leva, Landsbygdsr\u00e5det, motsvarande organisationer i de andra kommunerna, byaf\u00f6reningar, lokala f\u00f6retagare och Region Norrbotten.<\/p>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
ta fram ett nytt arbetss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r landsbygdsutveckling som \u00e4r medskapande och som s\u00e4tter fokus p\u00e5 samverkan mellan lokala f\u00f6reningar, f\u00f6retag, utvecklingsgrupper och kommunen. <\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
ta fram en ny metod som fokuserar p\u00e5 medskapande processer f\u00f6r landsbygdsutveckling i de deltagande kommunerna. Projektet ska \u00e4ven ta fram en modell som ger underlag f\u00f6r nya servicepunkter.<\/p>\n
