Om projektet<\/h2>\n

TALKO \u00e4r ett transnationellt Leaderprojekt med fokus p\u00e5 civilsamh\u00e4llet och landsbygden med syfte att utveckla ett stabilt f\u00f6reningsliv som har ett starkt engagemang i samh\u00e4llet. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att f\u00f6reningar i deltagande projektomr\u00e5den ska uppgradera sin verksamhet s\u00e5 att de b\u00e4ttre m\u00f6ter det samtida samh\u00e4llets villkor, vilket tryggar f\u00f6reningarnas framtid och p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng s\u00e4krar det sociala kapitalet.<\/p>\n

Projektet omfattar 4 Leaderomr\u00e5den och partners; \u00d6sterbotten i Finland samt H\u00f6ga Kusten, Lappland 2020 och Polaris i Sverige. Varje projektpartner kommer att ha ett eget fokusomr\u00e5de inom det \u00f6vergripande temat utveckling av den ideella sektorn, med gemensamma ber\u00f6ringspunkter formade utifr\u00e5n en gemensamt framtagen LFA-analys. Alla delprojekt utvecklar och testar metoder och modeller lokalt, f\u00f6r att sedan samlas till gemensamma workshopar i alla fyra partneromr\u00e5den under 2020. Ut\u00f6ver detta tr\u00e4ffas projektledarna kring erfarenhetsutbyte, kunskaps\u00f6verf\u00f6ring och avst\u00e4mningar. Slutresultatet \u00e4r ett gemensamt material kring utveckling av den ideella sektorn som kommer att anv\u00e4ndas och spridas i b\u00e5de Finland och Sverige.<\/p>\n

Syfte och m\u00e5l<\/h2>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
st\u00e4rka samverkan mellan ideell, offentlig och privat sektor, samt hj\u00e4lpa f\u00f6reningar att uppdatera sina verksamhetsformer f\u00f6r att passa dagens samh\u00e4lle. Leader Lappland 2020 ska vara spindeln i n\u00e4tet f\u00f6r alla akt\u00f6rer inom offentlig, privat och ideell
sektor i leaderomr\u00e5det samt f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka trepartnersamverkan.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
samla akt\u00f6rer fr\u00e5n de tre olika sektorerna och genomf\u00f6ra flera workshops som g\u00e5r igenom de lokala f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna och testar modeller f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningsutveckling och samverkan i trepartnerskap. Projektet ska \u00e4ven kartl\u00e4gga m\u00f6jligheterna att skapa smarta byar genom att f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka det sociala kapitalet, med perspektiv p\u00e5 lokal upphandling och liknande processer.<\/p>\n
