Om projektet<\/h2>\n

Projektet ska tillsammans med Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen, kommunernas socialtj\u00e4nster\/n\u00e4ringslivsutvecklare eller liknande, samt lokala arbetsgivare hitta en v\u00e4g in f\u00f6r de personer som st\u00e5r utanf\u00f6r arbetsmarknaden.<\/p>\n

Enligt arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen s\u00e5 \u00e4r cirka 80 % av all tills\u00e4ttning av tj\u00e4nster idag helt baserade p\u00e5 kontaktn\u00e4t och k\u00e4nnedom om f\u00f6retagen. Personer som inte \u00e4r i syssels\u00e4ttning har inte ett stort etablerat kontaktn\u00e4t, vilket i sin tur leder till ytterligare stagnation. Matchning till jobb vill \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 detta och kommer genom sina insatser kunna bidra till att arbetss\u00f6kande kan f\u00e5 en individuellt anpassad kompetensh\u00f6jande \u00e5tg\u00e4rd f\u00f6r att sedan g\u00e5 p\u00e5b\u00f6rja en anst\u00e4llning eller en praktik.<\/p>\n
