Projektet syftar till att st\u00e4rka ungdomars fysiska och psykiska v\u00e4lbefinnande i Leader Lapplands omr\u00e5de genom att skapa en inkluderande arena f\u00f6r delaktighet och p\u00e5verkan, d\u00e4r m\u00e5ngfald, j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och social h\u00e5llbarhet st\u00e5r i centrum. skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och fr\u00e4mja en positiv syn p\u00e5 framtiden f\u00f6r ungdomarna i v\u00e5rt leaderomr\u00e5de.<\/em><\/h5>\n
M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att:<\/strong>
ta fram ett underlag som visar vilka omr\u00e5den som beh\u00f6ver st\u00e4rkas och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras lokalt och vilka f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att unga i Leader Lapplands omr\u00e5de ska m\u00e5 bra.<\/em> <\/h5>\n

Projektet har som m\u00e5l att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra ungdomars fysiska och psykiska v\u00e4lbefinnande genom att fr\u00e4mja delaktighet, m\u00e5ngfald, j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och social h\u00e5llbarhet. Bakgrunden till projektet \u00e4r att m\u00e5nga unga m\u00e5r s\u00e4mre, har sv\u00e5rt att integreras i samh\u00e4llet och att allt fler flyttar fr\u00e5n landsbygden. Dessutom \u00e4r \u00e5terflyttningen l\u00e4gre \u00e4n \u00f6nskat, och det finns s\u00e4rskilda utmaningar f\u00f6r HBTQI-personer och andra som inte passar in i normativa m\u00f6nster. Dessa grupper upplever ofta diskriminering och negativa attityder, vilket hindrar deras yrkesval och deltagande i samh\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n

Projektet kommer att arbeta med att skapa en brygga mellan ungdomar och olika akt\u00f6rer, inklusive politiken, f\u00f6r att ge unga m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka. En ungdomscoach\/projektledare kommer att vara central i detta arbete, genom att arrangera workshops, bygga n\u00e4tverk och synligg\u00f6ra viktiga fr\u00e5gor och framtidsm\u00f6jligheter. Det \u00e4r viktigt att st\u00e4rka och bevara den samiska traditionen och kulturarvet, samt att inkludera alla grupper i samh\u00e4llet, inklusive utrikesf\u00f6dda och ursprungsbefolkningen.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att n\u00e5 projektets m\u00e5l kommer man att genomf\u00f6ra upps\u00f6kande aktiviteter f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 ungdomar och personer som arbetar med ungdomar. Genom att lyssna p\u00e5 deras visioner och \u00f6nskem\u00e5l ska projektet kartl\u00e4gga vilka omr\u00e5den som beh\u00f6ver st\u00e4rkas och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Projektet str\u00e4var efter att skapa en positivare syn p\u00e5 framtiden och \u00f6ka k\u00e4nslan av sammanhang och delaktighet f\u00f6r unga i omr\u00e5det. Genom att utveckla digitala m\u00f6tesplatser och st\u00e4rka f\u00f6reningslivet hoppas man kunna engagera fler unga och skapa ett samh\u00e4lle d\u00e4r alla, oavsett bakgrund eller intressen, k\u00e4nner sig inkluderade och v\u00e4rdefulla. P\u00e5 sikt \u00e4r m\u00e5let att fler unga ska vilja stanna kvar i sina hembygder och aktivt bidra till en positiv utveckling av omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
