Syftet<\/strong> med projektet \u00e4r att ge unga i norrbottniska inlandskommuner m\u00f6jlighet att st\u00e4rka sin identitet och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsstrukturer samt att lyfta fram deras ber\u00e4ttelser och erfarenheter.<\/h5>\n

”Mellan raderna”<\/strong> \u00e4r ett communityteaterprojekt som ger unga i Arjeplog, Arvidsjaur och delvis Pite\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att st\u00e4rka sin identitet och \u00f6ka f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen f\u00f6r hur samh\u00e4llet fungerar. Genom kreativa processer f\u00e5r de utforska sina egna ber\u00e4ttelser och uttrycka dem tillsammans med andra.<\/p>\n

Musikteatern driver projektet med st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n Leader Lappland 2030. Det riktar sig fr\u00e4mst till samiska ungdomar, utrikesf\u00f6dda och unga inom HBTQI+. F\u00f6r att skapa en trygg och inkluderande milj\u00f6 kombineras samtalsgrupper med r\u00f6relse\u00f6vningar, skrivande och teater. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir varje m\u00f6te en plats d\u00e4r nya perspektiv f\u00e5r ta form.<\/p>\n

Under projektets g\u00e5ng deltar ungdomarna i workshops och readings d\u00e4r deras erfarenheter omvandlas till ett gemensamt manus. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt blir ber\u00e4ttelserna en grund f\u00f6r vidare arbete. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla ett scenmanus och d\u00e4refter genomf\u00f6ra en reading samt skapa en f\u00f6rest\u00e4llning som g\u00e5r p\u00e5 turn\u00e9 i norra Sverige. Dessutom publiceras delar av materialet digitalt via den nationella plattformen CALS.<\/p>\n

Sammantaget vill projektet inte bara synligg\u00f6ra ungas r\u00f6ster, utan \u00e4ven bidra till en st\u00f6rre k\u00e4nsla av delaktighet, kulturell f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och framtidstro.<\/p>\n

Genom att engagera samiska ungdomar, utrikesf\u00f6dda och unga som definierar sig inom HBTQI+ ska projektet anv\u00e4nda communityteater f\u00f6r att skapa en pj\u00e4s. Detta fr\u00e4mjar kulturell m\u00e5ngfald och inkludering. Genom att bearbeta deltagarnas ber\u00e4ttelser till en dramatisk form st\u00f6djer projektet samarbete och kunskapsdelning inom kultursektorn, vilket st\u00e4rker det lokala n\u00e4ringslivet. Jagst\u00e4rkande och normkritiska aktiviteter \u00f6kar det ideella engagemanget och bidrar till en starkare gemenskap och h\u00e5llbar samh\u00e4llsutveckling i glesbygden.<\/em><\/p>\n
