att st\u00e4rka det sm\u00e5skaliga fisket i Rebackudden genom <\/em>investeringar i utrustning och genomf\u00f6ra aktiviteter som \u00f6kar kunskap om <\/em>h\u00e5llbart fiske och fiskets roll som lokal resurs.<\/em><\/p>\n

– Att k\u00f6pa in och ta i bruk frysanl\u00e4ggning, h\u00e5llbara fisken\u00e4t och <\/em>fyrtaktsmotor.<\/em>

Rebackuddens Fj\u00e4llfisk AB driver ett projekt f\u00f6r att utveckla ett sm\u00e5skaligt och h\u00e5llbart fiske i Arjeplog, med fokus p\u00e5 lokal matproduktion, kulturarv och samverkan i bygden. Genom investeringar i frysanl\u00e4ggning, h\u00e5llbara fiskn\u00e4t och modern utrustning skapas b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4dla och tillg\u00e4ngligg\u00f6ra lokalproducerad fisk.<\/p>\n

Projektet bidrar till att st\u00e4rka den lokala livsmedelsf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen och korta matkedjorna, samtidigt som det lyfter fisket som b\u00e5de n\u00e4ring och kulturarv. Rebackuddens Fj\u00e4llfisk AB, ett nystartat f\u00f6retag med r\u00f6tter i \u00e5tta generationers yrkesfiske, kombinerar traditionell kunskap med moderna arbetss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att skapa en l\u00e5ngsiktigt h\u00e5llbar verksamhet.<\/p>\n

En central del av projektet \u00e4r samverkan med lokala akt\u00f6rer som skolor, f\u00f6rskolor, \u00e4ldreomsorg och Silvermuseet. Genom gemensamma aktiviteter och l\u00e4randeinsatser f\u00f6rs kunskap om fiske, naturresurser och h\u00e5llbar matproduktion vidare mellan generationer. Projektet skapar ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r \u00f6kad syssels\u00e4ttning, st\u00e4rkt f\u00f6retagsamhet och utveckling av Rebackudden som ett framtida bes\u00f6ksm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n
