Utsikten Sunset Sounds – Utsikten, Storuman
Purpose and goals
The purpose of the project is to create an open and inclusive music activity where young and local musicians have the opportunity to perform and create community through culture and music in Storuman.
The goal is to conduct a music café with live music from Västerbotten's inland.
About the microproject
Utsikten Sunset Sounds will be a free music evening where young musicians with ties to Storuman get to perform on stage in front of both locals and visitors. The event will take place at Utsikten and aims to create a positive meeting place around music and culture while giving young local talents the opportunity to be seen by an audience. The initiative will also be a way to explore the interest in more cultural events at Utsikten, with the hope that similar activities can become recurring in the future.
