In the interim report from You feel comfortable where you are needed. we present experiences from the mapping, the youth board's work, local activities, and a survey with over 600 responses. The report provides a clear picture of young people's perspectives on the future, participation, and rural development.

About the project

The project aims to help young people feel better both physically and mentally by creating community, diversity, and equality. We want to give young people the chance to influence their future! We also preserve the Sami culture and work to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome.

The goal is to create hope and a sense of belonging, so that more young people want to stay and contribute to a better society.

WHAT DOES THE YOUTH BOARD DO?

The basic idea of the youth board is that young people – just like adults – should have the opportunity to influence their own everyday lives. You as a young person know best what it is like to be young and live in your municipality.
