To carry out a microproject

Has your microproject been approved? Congratulations – now it’s time to get started!

START THE SUBPROJECT

From idea to reality!

Once you have received a positive decision from us, you can start carrying out your microproject. Here you will find all the important information you need to get started and carry it out correctly.

Use the correct logos

Let it be known that your microproject is a leader project.

It is important that all projects receiving leader funding clearly display the correct logos. This includes not only printed materials such as advertisements and information sheets but also on websites and social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

We are happy to assist when you share information about your initiative through our channels. Please use the tag #leaderlappland to highlight your progress and events.

Read through the decision and the agreement

Before you start, you should take part in:

  • The decision on support

  • The agreement you signed with Leader Lappland 2030

This is the foundation for the entire implementation.
Everything you do should follow what is stated in the decision and the agreement.

Work according to your project plan

Go through what you wrote in your application:

  • What needs to be done?

  • When should it be done?

  • Who does what?

Follow the plan – if something needs to change, contact us before you make the change.

Pay first – report afterwards

You carry out the microproject in the order that suits you best – but all costs must be paid and all activities must be completed before the project is finished.

Important:
The support is paid out afterwards, when you have reported everything.

Save all documentation

To be able to receive support, you must be able to show:

  • Original receipts or invoices

  • Bank statements showing that you have paid the cost

  • Participant lists if you had snacks/food

  • Mileage log if you used your own car

Without correct documentation, we cannot approve the costs.

Important to remember

  • Deadline: The microproject must be completed by the date stated in the decision. Everything must be finished and paid by then.

  • The project must not generate income: For example, you cannot charge an entrance fee, sell snacks, or anything else that generates income.

Are you done with your microproject? Then it’s time to report.

When the project is completed and everything is paid – proceed to the reporting.
