the microproject
Vilhelmina Rock and Metal
Purpose and goals
The purpose of the project is to create a music performance for young people in Vilhelmina that contributes to increased cultural offerings and community.
The goal is to carry out a performance with several bands where young people participate as both organizers and audience.
About the microproject
Two young organizers want to create a live performance for youth at Folkets Hus in Vilhelmina. During the evening, several bands will take the stage and give young people the opportunity to both play and experience live music at home. The initiative aims to contribute to a more vibrant cultural life in Vilhelmina and inspire more young people to start making music and engage culturally. The hope is also that the event can lead to more similar performances and a more vibrant local music scene in the future.
