Matching to jobs
The project aims to support and enable individuals who are far from the labor market to strengthen their employability through individual skills-enhancing measures.
About the project
The project, together with the Employment Agency, municipal social services/economic developers or similar, as well as local employers, will find a way in for those individuals who are outside the labor market.
According to the Employment Agency, about 80% of all job placements today are entirely based on networks and knowledge of the companies. Individuals who are not employed do not have a large established network, which in turn leads to further stagnation. Matching to jobs wants to change this and will, through its efforts, be able to contribute to job seekers receiving an individually tailored skills-enhancing measure to then start an employment or an internship.
